The hotel will be located in the last stage of the Camino de Santiago through the province of Palencia between the towns of Carrión de los Condes and Sahagún (already in the province of León).
The hotel will have 18 en-suite rooms, a restaurant, and an interior garden.
The use of renewable and self-consumption energies will allow us to leave a negative CO2 footprint.
The implementation of new technologies such as electromagnetic locks activated by the guest's telephone will allow the user to feel more "at home".
The main objective is to provide infrastructure (accommodation, restaurant, and internet) to this section of the Camino. We also count on the increase of cultural tourism as it is located near the Roman villa of La Ojeda and surrounded by vestiges of the unknown Mudejar art of the province.
As a consequence of this project, it is expected to create a minimum of 5 jobs in a locality with 27 inhabitants.
