We are West Highland White Terrier "Westie" professional breeder, but there are a great difference among us and other breeders.

We have a strong ethic and differentiated from others, don't like our dogs to live on crates, like most of the breeders does commonly.

In the same way we want each of our dog males, females, puppies or adults to obtain the maximum care and tenderness from us the breeders, and from the new owners as well.

That can't be possible on conventional breeders which have dozens, hundreds of dogs and can't dedicate the necessary time and then disattend their basic needs.

Sure all of this is very pretty on theory, but when you want to be a responsible breeder with my ethic is practically impossible to  do it and be solvent, meaning earning money and that your passion could be your job and your business.

Well, after some years developing our business and polishing the different areas, we got a model that can be consider the one that covers all of our concerns regarding the dogs and is totally solvent, which means, we can earn money and recover the investment pretty soon.

Not only that, the risk is practically zero !!!

All of this thanks to our experience, planning, customer service, and an infrastructure very well developed. 

Also for achieving that we help with a lot of publicity, advertisements, web page, phone call customer service, satisfied customers testimonies, and more important many years of experience dedicated to the Westies, having a brand attached to our name gives us credibility and business volume.

YOU MAY BE ASKING, WHAT WE WANT TO DO WITH ALL OF THIS ?

Basically we have 2 purposes:

·    The first one is because we have seen and know the way how many breeders have and take care of their dogs. Because of that we are committed to make the difference and create conscience, that's why we are here asking for your help for our project.

·     Second reason is to make profit to invest on a dog shelter, in the case we can't do it ourselves to collaborate with the different dog shelters that already exist, and then improve the quality of life for the abandoned dogs, who really need it.

AND HOW TO DO THAT ?

Well the system is relatively simple, all what we have to do is to place female Westies on preselected families by us, families that of course wants to have a pet at home (free at home, not on a crate).

Give them love, don't have more than one dog at home and take good care, feeding, clean and healthy, daily walks, take it to the veterinary for regular revisions and vaccination as needed, the way it should be.

We sign a contract with those preselected families that comply with our requirements. On that contract we stipulate that such family will be the co-owner for that Westie female and that accept that we crossed her with our selected male.

Once the female have their puppies and had taken care of them for no less than eight weeks we will take the puppies.

For the job and the good care the co-owner will be remunerated at the moment we collect the puppies with a previous stipulated amount stated on the contract.

As a responsible breeder the female should rest after her first delivery for at least one year.

Equally that female will be cross 3 or 4 times during her reproductive life, then she can continue with a magnificent life with her family like a happy pet.

Most of the breeders get disposed  of them after her reproductive life have finished.

For all of this, the first is to have good male specimens and females from the high quality, healthy, pretty, great character like mines, making them excellent for breeding.

The second is to have a great brand or name, and by that have many customers on a waiting list for buying a puppy on the near future.

And the third is to have a list of families already preselected that wants to have a female Westie in the co owner format that we provide to raise for us.

We have all of this already and are very well positioned at the market, in fact we already have some co owners families and it's working, although a little bit slow because we don't have more than one litter per year per female and the benefits having few females are not enough to support our project and to have all the infrastructure functioning at the best to grow and as we wish because there are no benefits yet.

With the capital we are asking, we can place several females with several families and in less time achieve a desirable volume.
