What I need?
On the one hand, reach those €400,000 set and then follow the roadmap that I have mentioned. There will be a second mark of €900,000 ($967,900 / £760,100 Values dependent of exchange fluctuation) which I explain a little further down, which if reached will increase the rewards of each Rank ; )
The most important parts, beyond the crowdfunding itself, are: crowdfunding-ICO-land-plans-rates and licenses-construction-comprehensive decoration-hiring of personnel-start-up.
How will the money obtained be used?
A part (around 10%+VAT) will go towards commissions for Lánzanos (the crowdfunding platform), Paypal and similar and the fees for the transactions carried out.
From €150,000 to €200,000 depending on the requirements of the chosen bank, will be withdrawn to be presented as collateral to access the ICO. The loan I will request will be €500,000 ($537,700 / £422,300) of which they will hopefully grant me 80% (their policy) by presenting that guarantee, which represents between 30% and 40% of the total.
From €110,000 to €140,000 will be allocated to the acquisition of the land. The final cost will depend on its characteristics and the negotiation.
The rest will be used to pay fees, licenses, to the Treasury and begin the production of merchandising and rewards that can be sent at this stage.
With the ICO money, the following points would be proceeded with: architectural plans, construction company, licenses, conditioning of the premises, insurance company, company vehicle, acquisition of goods and household items, etc.
The movements of the proceeds from crowdfunding will be reflected with the corresponding transparency on the project blog.
What do I need most?
Well, two things: one is the maximum possible dissemination and participation of this crowdfunding, and two, your patience and understanding. This second one in particular, as it is a project in which a considerable amount of time will pass from the end of the crowdfunding, let's say successful, to the opening of the establishment, about 9 or 10 months at least.
While some rewards may be sent out much sooner, the most important rewards may not be available until closer to the opening date.
However, on the blog associated with the project I will notify the progress so that everyone is up to date. It will also be a way to celebrate with all of you those small but important steps that I am taking.
And... what if it happens that more than the set minimum is raised?
The more I manage to raise with crowdfunding, the smaller the ICO loan I will need and therefore the much smaller the monthly fixed costs will be, greatly helping the chances of business survival to increase significantly. That includes facing the “Corporate Valley of Death” and being able to sleep at night.
If we put an amount that indicates the economic freedom of the project (almost completely dispensing with the ICO), this, as I have already indicated, would be €900,000
I have seen some crowdfundings that are much simpler than this one, less flashy - but equally respectable -, or with a higher minimum and that achieved much more than the initial minimum: it is not impossible.
Now, they were projects about objects (watches, card games, anti-stress gadgets...) that anyone in the world could access, which allowed them to obtain millions of €/$/£ beyond the initial amount.
The big downside to this crowdfunding is that The Dungeon Tavern cannot be packaged and shipped that way; It is a fixed place on the map and therefore the number of people interested in participating may be small. I am aware of it.
If we manage to reach the €900,000 ($967,900 / £760,100 Values dependent of exchange fluctuation) mark:

(Explanation of the range names.)
For those of you who do not know the meaning of the names of the rewards, here I add a brief description:
Skål!!
In Nordic languages, although it is written in different ways depending on the country, it is related to a toast, to celebrate or even encourage.
You will hear me say it many times!
Leprechaun
Goblin or fairy being in the mythology of the beautiful Emerald Isle (Ireland). He dresses in green and is said to haunt a pot of treasure... At The Dungeon Tavern we will have one, and if you're lucky he might share some of that treasure...
Anjanas and trentis
In Cantabrian mythology, anjanas are generally kind women who protect the needy or who punish the arrogant.
The trentis, in Cantabrian mythology too, are little joking and mischievous elves.
Einherjars
The warriors of Odin and Freya! Mortals worthy of reaching Valhalla and Fólkvangr, where they will live and fight until the arrival of Ragnarok, then facing the hordes of Hela, Surtur and Loki.
Valkyries
“Those who choose the fallen”, that is, the einherjars, those who were taken to the halls of Odin and Freya. Although their image is romanticized today, originally they were terrible-looking beings.
Vanir
In Norse mythology, deities of prosperity and magic who resided in Vanaheim. They lived alongside the Aesir, although they were below them in rank.
Tuatha Dé
Or also Tuatha de Dannan, “the people of the goddess Dana”, in Irish mythology. In short, a warrior and brave people who faced the forces of darkness.
Aesir
In Norse mythology, the group of predominant gods and inhabitants of Asgard. They were much more war-focused than the Vanir (with the permission of Freya, goddess of war, who was a Vanir).
