My name is Antoine Blondiaux, I am 28 years old and I was born in Belgium. I completed my studies in foreign trade at EPHEC University, in Brussels and, in addition, I completed a master's degree in economics at the University of Granada in Spain. After finishing my studies, I worked for three years in the consumer goods sector for two multinationals, both in Belgium and Spain. I am a young, dynamic and sociable person, with different passions: I love doing sports, dancing, eating and traveling.

My desire to create my own business arose during my stay in Australia, where I had the opportunity to work in a restaurant. As a result of this trip, I realized that I wanted to launch a new restaurant concept and I came up with the idea of ??creating Salad Planet.

Salad Planet is a healthy and sustainable fast food that will offer mainly salads which can be personalized by its customers thanks to its wide range of fresh, local and seasonal ingredients.

Salad Planet will be a sustainable establishment since from the beginning it will carry out practices in favor of sustainable development (it will not use plastic, it will recycle waste, it will carry out a responsible consumption of energy ...) it will also promote the benefits of sustainable development to its customers.

This restaurant has decided to rely on the Fast Food model to increase the speed of the service and to franchise it more easily. Therefore, the help of any waiter will not be needed since the orders will be made directly in the counter and, in addition, it will offer a take-away food service and delivery service.

Salad Planet is primarily aimed at office workers who do not have much time to eat at noon. Therefore, Salad Planet offers a quick and healthy solution.

The company wants to position itself in the market as a healthy fast food that will allow the creation of personalized salads and will promote the benefits of sustainable development. The restaurant will take into account these two components to differentiate itself from its competitors.

As for the premises, the establishment will have an area of ??120 m2 and will be located on a pedestrian street in the heart of Valencia and in the financial heart of the city (C / Doctor Romagosa). The location of the premises is perfect for it is located in the office area. In addition, the establishment has a terrace where up to 14 tables can be included.
